Waimate convincing winners over Geraldine

For Waimate 17-year-old Dan Patterson continues to impress at first five while the blind side flanker also had a big game and scored two tries in Waimate’s 40 – 0 victory at the weekend over Geraldine.

With a weekend off next weekend the coach will be hoping for a few niggles and injuries to come right as the team heads into the final 3 rounds before the play-offs begin.

Senior B had no trouble gaining the points this weekend after winning their match by default with the makeshift Barbarians unable to field a team as their spare players went back to their own clubs to help cover injuries.
